Community Participation Rules

These rules apply to RankPilot Study Circles. They supplement the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. The first release is a closed, text-only adult beta. Access is an invitation, not a public membership.

What Study Circles are for

Study Circles help members turn a private plan into supported execution. Useful contributions describe a bounded commitment, an attempted repair, a mock-test lesson, a blocker or an honest weekly reset. The purpose is to improve the next action and return to studying.

Eligibility and private identity

  • The adult beta requires a confirmed RankPilot account, an invitation and a separate adult age-assurance result.
  • Do not misstate your eligibility or try to obtain access for another person.
  • Use only the private circle name you choose when joining. Do not ask another member for a real name, school, location, phone number, email address or social handle.
  • There are no public member profiles, direct messages or member-search tools.

Contribute with care

When posting or replying:

  • discuss the work, evidence and next action—not a person's worth;
  • describe personal experience as experience, not as an official fact or guaranteed method;
  • verify changing syllabus, date, eligibility and examination information with official sources;
  • keep health, sleep and normal functioning more important than a streak or timetable; and
  • respect a member who leaves a discussion, mutes an account or asks for a thread to stop.

Content that is not allowed

Do not post, request, encourage or link to:

  • harassment, humiliation, threats, hate, sexual content, grooming, self-harm encouragement or attempts to move a member into private contact;
  • personal contact details, precise locations, identity documents or another person's private information;
  • leaked questions, cheating instructions, copyrighted coaching material, pirated files or content you do not have permission to share;
  • advertising, recruitment, paid tutoring, referral schemes, spam or repeated off-topic promotion;
  • impersonation of a student, moderator, educator, IIT alumnus, institute or examination authority; or
  • false claims about marks, rank, selection, credentials or official endorsement.

Moderation, reports and appeals

RankPilot may screen contributions before or after publication, limit their visibility, preserve a restricted evidence record, warn or suspend a member, remove content or close a circle when needed for safety, these rules or applicable law. Automated tools can prioritise a possible problem, but serious enforcement decisions receive human review.

Use the report control on a contribution when possible. You can also contact contact@atharvaai.com. A report should identify the contribution and the concern without copying harmful material into a new post. Eligible moderation decisions include an appeal route in the app.

Immediate danger and unlawful content

RankPilot is not an emergency or counselling service. If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency support or a trusted adult who can act. Cybercrime, including offences involving women or children, can be reported through India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. RankPilot may make a report or preserve information where required by law.

Mentor assistance and peer identity

RankPilot Mentor is automated. Its private preparation conversation stays separate from Study Circles, and it does not post as a member. Nothing moves between the two spaces automatically. Do not present generated wording as a first-hand experience that you did not have.

Your contribution and deletion

You can edit or delete eligible contributions, leave your circle, mute another member and request account deletion. Deleted material stops being visible to circle members. Restricted records may remain for a limited period when needed for safety, dispute handling or a legal obligation, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Independent product

RankPilot is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any IIT, NTA, JEE Advanced examination authority or JoSAA. Any verified alumni-led programme identifies the named person, role and contribution outside the peer-alias feed; that identification is not an institute endorsement.

Changes

Material changes receive a new version. Active members may be asked to accept the updated version before continuing to contribute.
