Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of RankPilot at rankpilot.atharvaai.com. By selecting the agreement box or using an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. Questions can be sent to contact@atharvaai.com.

What RankPilot provides

RankPilot is a study-strategy and planning tool for JEE preparation. It can create a personalized Strategy Blueprint, daily priorities, a longer roadmap, a syllabus tracker, practice-paper records, progress views and responses to study-planning questions. RankPilot is currently available without charge.

Educational guidance, not a result guarantee

RankPilot does not provide an official exam score, percentile, rank or admission prediction. It does not guarantee performance, selection or admission. Generated suggestions may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. You are responsible for checking syllabus, eligibility, dates, rules and other factual exam information against official NTA, examination authority and institution sources. RankPilot does not replace a teacher, coaching programme, medical professional or mental-health professional.

RankPilot Mentor is automated

RankPilot Mentor provides automated study-planning responses based on information available in your account and RankPilot's planning framework. It is not a human mentor, an IIT representative or an official exam source. Responses may be incomplete or wrong and should not be treated as subject instruction, health advice or an exam notice.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter into these Terms under applicable law. If you are under 18, use RankPilot only with permission and awareness of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits use is responsible for supervising that use.

Private Community and early access

RankPilot may let a saved account request a place on a private Community waitlist. A waitlist request records an age band, Community consent and status; it does not create a public profile or publish anything. Admission to the first discussion pilot is invitation-based and requires a separate adult age-assurance result, confirmed email and acceptance of the current Community Participation Rules. An under-18 account may request a launch notification but cannot enter a discussion space until verifiable guardian consent and the required safety programme are available. Community consent is separate from optional planning or product-update emails.

Rules for Community spaces

Participants must not:

• harass, shame or rank students by marks, hours, streaks or admission outcomes;
• share personal contact details, seek private contact or attempt to bypass the absence of direct messages;
• post leaked exam material, copyrighted coaching resources or content they do not have permission to share;
• impersonate a mentor, educator, institute or examination authority; or
• present peer discussion, automated output or personal experience as official exam guidance.

RankPilot may screen, review, restrict or remove Community content and access to protect participants and enforce these Terms. Participants can report content, mute another member and appeal an eligible moderation decision. Community posts, group discussions and office hours are general planning support. RankPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by any IIT or examination authority.

Your account and email links

RankPilot begins with an anonymous session. You may provide an email address to receive your Strategy Blueprint or a secure sign-in link. Keep access to that email account secure and do not share a sign-in link. Notify contact@atharvaai.com if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, overload, scrape or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls;
• probe or access another person's account, session or personal information;
• upload or send illegal, harmful, infringing or malicious content;
• use automated systems to create accounts or consume generated content at unreasonable volume; or
• misrepresent RankPilot output as an official NTA or examination-authority statement.

Your content

You retain rights in the information and messages you submit. You give RankPilot permission to store, display to authorised members of your private circle, screen, moderate and otherwise process that information only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice. Do not submit confidential information that is not needed for study planning. Community contributions are not published to search engines or reused as public articles without a separate editorial and permission process.

Availability and changes

RankPilot may occasionally experience errors, slow responses or interruptions. Features may be improved, limited or removed as the product develops. RankPilot may suspend access when needed to prevent abuse, protect users or comply with law. If a paid offering is introduced, pricing and payment terms will be shown before purchase; these Terms do not authorise an automatic charge.

Account deletion

You can request permanent deletion through “Account & privacy” in the app. Deletion is subject to limited legal, security and backup retention described in the Privacy Notice. RankPilot may close inactive anonymous accounts according to the published retention period.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RankPilot is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every plan, response or feature will be accurate or uninterrupted. You remain responsible for study decisions and use of generated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be published here with a new version date. When required, RankPilot will ask you to accept updated Terms before continuing to collect contact consent or use affected features.
